Already in Da Nang or Hoi An? We handle new Vietnam e-visas, express processing, and extensions where your visa type allows it, and tell you honestly when a visa run is the better route.
What we can do for you
New Vietnam e-visa
Single or multiple entry, up to 90 days, with the correct entry gate for your plans: Lao Bao for a visa run, Da Nang airport if you fly in.
Express processing
When your dates are tight, we file and follow the application through the express channel, when it is available on your date.
Visa / stay extension
For visa types that can be extended in Vietnam, we prepare the paperwork and follow the case. If yours can’t, we’ll say so and plan a visa run instead.
An extension may suit you if
- Your visa type can be extended in Vietnam
- An organisation can sponsor the extension
- You prefer not to spend a day on the road
A visa run is usually needed if
- You hold a tourist e-visa that can’t be extended
- You entered visa-free and want to stay longer
- You need a new entry on a different visa

E-visa and extension questions
Can I extend my Vietnam e-visa in Da Nang?
It depends on your visa type and purpose. Extensions are processed by the immigration authorities and normally need a sponsoring organisation. Many tourist e-visa holders cannot extend in-country, and for them a visa run to Lao Bao is the practical option. Send us your visa details and we'll tell you which applies.
How long does a Vietnam e-visa take?
Standard processing takes about 5 working days, and it can take longer at busy times. Express processing is available from 1 hour; see the express price table. Approval and timing are always decided by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
Which entry gate should I choose?
The gate where you will actually enter Vietnam. For a visa run to Laos, that is Lao Bao. If you will fly in, choose the airport, for example Da Nang International Airport.
Do I need to send my passport?
No. For an e-visa we need a clear photo of your passport data page and a portrait photo, sent through a secure channel we agree with you, not through the website form.
Not sure whether to extend or do a visa run?
Send us your nationality, visa type and the date your stay ends. We'll tell you the options within 1 hour.
